Undead warrior

So I have thought of a warrior character who harness his power from the moon.
he is not human nor ghost. he is an excellent marksman. he comes after the criminals at night. His bullet will cast your soul into hell. He is invincible at night vulnerable at daytime. But you wont find him during the day. If you want to beat him you better get him while sun is up.
